Effective June 17, 2020, Eaton County Administrative Offices and Trial Courts closed Fridays through October 2, 2020, beginning Friday June 17, 2020.
The Eaton County Board of Commissioners, at its meeting Wednesday June 17, 2020 a change in the operating schedule for its Administrative Offices. Effective immediately, the County Administrative Offices and Trial Courts will be open, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. The Eaton County Courthouse will be closed Fridays, through October 2, 2020.
The Eaton County Trial Courts will also operate on this modified schedule for conducting in-person proceedings limited to essential functions between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, daily. Those requiring to conduct business with the Court are encouraged to contact the Court prior to arriving at the Courthouse to confirm their need to appear. The County’s main telephone number is 517-543-7500. Using the directory, persons will be able to contact County and Court offices.
This change does not affect the operations of the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office or Eaton County Central Dispatch.
