Charlotte Optimist Youth Camp

The Optimist Youth Park is a joint venture between the Eaton County Parks Department and the Charlotte Optimist Club.

This park is intended to provide youth groups of all types and ages in the area with access to a four-season natural area for

day use or overnight camping that involves a minimum of travel.

Directions to Optimist Youth Park
Take M-50 to Kinsel Hwy. (two miles north of Charlotte). Travel approximately one mile west on Kinsel. The park is located

just west of the intersection of Kinsel and Wheaton Hwys. on Kinsel Hwy.


All groups must be supervised and accompanied by adults (sponsors, leaders, parents, etc.) and must make reservations.
