Those interested in utilizing the recycling program for agricultural film plastic will need to fill out an inquiry form (below). This form collects basic information necessary for scheduling an appointment, for general program participation, and for the invoicing process. Once that form is submitted, a department staff member will reach out to the interested individual, using the preferred contact method the individual indicated on the form, to collect the final necessary bits of information, schedule the appointment, and ensure the individual's understanding of the accepted materials, material preparation requirements, and the billing process. This will take 1-2 business days. Appointment slots are limited and availability of appointment slots vary based on site contract labor/department schedules and site traffic.
