Pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) must provide information about chemicals in the community to citizens.
All information requests pertaining to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) must be filed in writing with the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Chair. The request should include:
- Name of person requesting information
- Date of request
- Facility(ies) you are seeking information for
- Method of delivery for information (i.e., email, mail, etc.)
Written requests may be sent via email to the LEPC Chair email account listed below or mailed to the address listed below with attention to LEPC Chair Ryan Wilkinson.
