You will be required to file a new certificate. There is a $10 fee. If you wish, you may dissolve the previous certificate for a $10 fee.
Changing the Registered Owners
You will be required to dissolve the old business name and file a new certificate. The old owner(s) will need to have their signature notarized on this dissolution and the new owner(s) will need their signature notarized on the new filing. The total fee is $20.
Changing the Address
By law, you must submit a certificate stating the change. There is no fee, but if you need copies that fee is $2 per copy.
