The SMILE Program is a mandatory one-time seminar for parents involved in a divorce action involving minor children, change of custody and/or visitation, and separate maintenance actions. This seminar is offered only every other month (January, March, May, July, September and November) and is held in a District Court Courtroom located in the Eaton County Courthouse, 1045 Independence Boulevard, Charlotte.
