1. No Screen/Small Screen Electronics
  2. Large Screen Electronics (Televisions and Computer Monitors)

Most electronics contain hazardous components and are unsafe in landfills. Many electronic’s are recyclable and contain valuable natural resources, such as precious metals, that can be recovered. ECDRR accepts these items at our three recycling events held annually in May, June, and August. There are other events in the Lansing area that collect these items and are open to the public.

Drop-Off Locations

There are also a few places in and around Eaton County that accept these types of items during their hours of operation or at designated times. However, sometimes there are associated fees. Since businesses change their policies and fees frequently, ECDRR does not guarantee any items acceptance or associated fees. ECDRR encourages those interested to call ahead and check with the individual business before attempting to drop-off their item(s).
