June is National Safety Month – The safety of our loved ones is always foremost on our minds. What better time to review home escape routes in case of a fire, check the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, expiration dates on items in first aid and survival kits, quizzing the kids on important phone numbers and are those phone numbers still good, are your locks still in working order and do the kids have their keys, etc.
We all look forward to outdoor activities and with these come reminders when riding bikes, skateboarding, roller blading; watching our kids when near lakes and swimming pools and when on boats. Summer is a time for families to get together for backyard fun, family reunions, and vacations. Let’s all create great memories this summer.
